YES the middle tab (or the time zone) is solid blue, No time zone at all =
 =20
Can we send pictures?  IF so I can send a pic of what I see...

When you double click on the time display in the taskbar, does the =
Dialog=20
box open showing a clock and a calendar?  Near the bottom it should tell =
you=20
the current time setting.  Is that what is missing?

There should be three tabs near the top of the dialog box... the middle =
tab=20
should be labeled "Time Zone".  Is that what is is missing?

There is no time zone display in the taskbar clock display... only time, =
day=20
and date.
