Too late G! I should have waited to hear from you. Don't think I have done
any harm with the compressed air but certainly did no good either. And I
did not unplug--never even thought of that.
We are headed south to visit our son in a day or two and I will be in or
driving through cities that will have more electronics. I will see if I can
find the right thing to clean the CD-ROM Drive. Also I hope to try
installing this card program on his computer, providing he has XP installed
by now. That would eliminate the slim possibility that it is the disks that
are faulty.
