Kim Komando frequently leaves out info I think is important or helpful.

I can't count the number of times I've read her newsletters and wondered why 
she did not mention a specific caution or helpful tip.

I sometimes think she is book smart but lacking in experience actually 
building, repairing or upgrading hardware and software.
