Another thought or two............

What version of Netscape do you use.  If you have anything in the 4.0 series, 
there's a good chance it won't work.  I don't use Netscape anymore, but I am an 
ardent fan of Mozilla which uses a similar engine to later versions of 
Netscape.  I tried your URL in Mozilla V 1.2.1 and it worked just fine.
