The only way to get to the bottom of this correctly (without the possibility
of loss) is to dig into each of those apps and determine exactly where they
store their 'stash'. My guess is that they are all using the same single
folder, but creating their own pointers to it using different (and
confusing) names.
Look through the Settings area for each app and see if you can locate a path
statement showing where the folder is located on your hard drive. Let us
know the results of whatever you find and we'll go from there.
