Thanks for the information.  I feel dumb saying this, but I have Nortons 
System Works and did not know I had a program like BC wipe on it.  What is 
the program in it that overwrites file and does it work on the protected 
recycle bin as well?  I do not like the protected recycle bin, it seems 
confusing to me..if the bin does not really erase the file anyway when there, 
then why have a protected bin?
