Thank you for your words.
I received my pc as a present and haven't the slightest idea yet if it's worth
taking it to a payed service or buying a new one.

This sounds like what was happening to my daughter-in-laws computer. I
think she chose Last Known Good configuration but it did no good. I am
sorry to report that they had to take it to the Computer Shop to get the
"crud" cleaned out of their machine.
I hope you have better luck and will anxiously await the results.
