Well, I had restarted my pc when it first refused accessing Safe Mode. After 
your e-mail I updated Malware and restarted again the computer, 3 times, with 
no other consumer running in the house.
The result is the same - I can't access Safe Mode.

Every once in a while, my own computer experiences what I can only call a 
'bad boot'.  I have come to believe that it's caused by my refrigerator's 
compressor kicking on at the exact same time an important operating system 
file is being copied into RAM.  The cure, of course, is to reboot again.

The best approach to your situation is to suggest that you also try again. 
If it happens a second time, then I will be inclined to give more serious 
thought to something else.  Still, Safe Mode will not allow viruses and 
malware to run, so I don't feel that's the problem here.
