-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Automatic reboot whilst burning CDs

I'm really sorry Mike and everyone. I always get tense when I'm gonna try new
stuff and with the condition I have it makes for a lot of physical pain. So
when something goes wrong the pain gets progressively worse and being the
stubborn ***** that I am, I can't just leave it ~ I have to try and sort it.
When everyone misunderstood what I meant I just frazzled. I'm soooo sorry.
Anyway I've had a short break and evicted my hubby and son to do the shopping.
I've backed up my files and favs and hopefully anything that I can't afford to
lose so here goes.

The problem with it rebooting when burning a CD has happened several times but
not recently because I haven't been well enough to sit and think where I need
to be with it but I shall certainly keep an eye on it if I go there again ~ and
now to "Cleanup".

Thanks to everyone and I am really sorry that I snapped.

  Hi Angela,
if you were using Cleanup3 it displays a screen that you have to click on to
restart the computer to finish the Cleanup operation.

Mike ~ It is a good day if I learned something new.

Okay now I am thoroughly :o(

This happened a while back when I used an external CDBurner and I just
assumed it was a problem with the transformer? on the plug getting hot and
causing a reaction in the PC, so I stopped using it.

Today I was backing up my files so I could try this "Cleanup" program,
(Finally found the time and the courage to do so. lol) and suddenly with no
warning the PC reboots. I am again Clueless and frustrated and ticked off ~
  need I go on.

  Thanks again for any help.
