Several things can cause your system to reboot for no reason. Of main concern, 
is if the processor is overheating, it would shutdown to prevent you from 
burning it out.
Did this only happen one time? or does it continue to happen? If it only 
happened once, I'd stay stick it out and ignore it. Pretend it was just the flu 
and has gone away. Now, if it happens a second time, we need to look into it, 
cause whatever is causing it to reboot could be overall harmful. If it does 
happen a second time, take note at what you were doing, so it might help us 
diagnose.
