Just an idea. I had the same problem plus my computer was dialing up in my
absence. I found it was WeatherPulse which I had set on automatic update of
the weather. It was dialing up at the times I had scheduled for weather
updates. Not sure about the disconnect but after I unchecked automatic
weather updates I was o.k. Do you have any kind of program that
automatically updates?
