It is nice of you to make this positive comment.  I, too, think the group is 
"the best".  Much is owed to G-Man and the Moderators (who kept us in line 
while G was on his sabbatical!). I recall a few "bumps" in the road but they 
were quickly and effectively dealt with off list.
So a hats off and a big thank you to G and the Mods!
Now I must go and look up encomium!
