I guess that’s a matter of what it takes to prove a case with circumstantial 
evidence to each individual on a jury. Two well-trained dogs put a dead body 
in Casey Anthony’s car, a car which she abandoned near a garbage dumpster. 
No one that I ever heard of in my long life tries to make an accidental 
drowning look like murder by abandoning the body in a swamp, especially when 
the logical suspect would be the mother herself. At any rate, like I say, 
each person has his own method of coming to a conclusion based on reasonable 
circumstantial evidence. As far as I am concerned, the woman murdered her 
child and, if I had been on that jury, there is no doubt in my mind, 
reasonable or otherwise, about the way I would have voted.

when you don't know how they died or what killed them? She might well have
