-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Advice re leaving computer on 24/7

I, too, am running Win 98 SE and I leave it on all the time except for the
necessary reboots after running CleanUp and when it freezes up on me.
I do have a question for the group. Lately when I reboot the first things
up--Bios and PCI Devise Listing, etc.--pulses like it is going to jump right
out of the monitor and into my lap. Once in a great while that carries over
to windows but usually windows comes up and is o.k. What is causing this
and is it an indication of more problems to come? When this pulsating
carries over to windows I have to shut clear down and wait 5 to 10 minutes
before powering up again. So far this has worked.
Any ideas?
