Hi Lionel,
I have xp home also. I think you can go to "start", "control panel", User
Accounts", "change an account", click on the one you want to change, then on
"change the account type", then put a bullet dot thingy in limited account.
Why would you want limited though? I would think to mess with system
restore you would need administrative account. Happy Turkey Day.
