Why add more to it? Icons don't need to be in shell32.dll to be used 
by Windows. You can point programs to any .ico/.dll/.exe file if you 
want to change the icon on something. Additional icons are usually 
found on clipart gallery websites/CDs. You can find them all over the 
web, but if you're looking for something specific, let us know.
