Thank you MN!  And thanks to all others who responded.  I will be removing
WeatherBug today and downloading Weather Pulse.
When I first inquired about WeatherBug I remember being told there were two
versions, one spyware and the other not.  I downloaded the one that was not.
Wonder what made this "good guy" turn evil???
