I ran 'something' throgh them, but I'm not sure if it was this or another 
issue.  I never heard anything back from them, which is odd.  Perhaps I'll 
try again soon and see if we can't figure it out.

In the meantime, try sending your next one as Text Only (unless we've tried 
that already).
