  That's on a table or form... not a printed report. Try making a report =
=3D
  and
  in the wizard it asks you what field to order it by. After the wizard
  creates it for you, that's the way it displays.

  HOWEVER... I did find the answer by going to the OFFICE HELP, as I =3D
  should
  have done before posting this.
