That's on a table or form... not a printed report. Try making a report =
and
in the wizard it asks you what field to order it by. After the wizard
creates it for you, that's the way it displays.

HOWEVER... I did find the answer by going to the OFFICE HELP, as I =
should
have done before posting this.
