A good one with an install that works with Windows is Wubi-Ubantu. It installs itself, makes its own partition, writes a dual boot, and can be removed through 'Add, Remove Programs' in Control Panel. I have used it with XP Pro and Vista - it is easy to learn and easy to remove - what more could you want?
