  I have only a Virus database button in the column of 4 buttons and when I 
click THAT it goes right to the box for updating. If I try to redownload then I 
get the system is up to date.....hmph.....

  PS to my last note - - the 'Internal Virus Update' does get updated - it
  just doesn't register on the panel until you use that  'Internal Virus
  Update' button.
