Yes... UNLESS your vault either puts it in the recycle bin (very unlikely 
unless you have told it to do so) or you have SYSTEM RESTORE services active, 
in which case it might still be in the system restore backups.

 Does deleting items from an AV vault mean a permanent delete? as in what was 
there is out of harms way if evacuated from the vault.?  I thought this was 
discussed recently but I can't remember the answer.
