I mostly use WinRAR, especially if I need other people to be able to open
the archive.  I use 7zip for many large archives because it gives smaller
output, but I find the interface needs more work and the .7z format needs to
become more widely accepted.  I've tried IZArc and like it for the most
part, but it seems to be much slower than the other programs, so I won't use
it myself, but tell others to use it since its free and handles any archive
format I've ever used and many more.
