You go girl!  There's a lot of stuff out there like that and a little 
work and a little smarts will give great rewards.  Keep shopping!

BTW, HP has all the stuff for Compac's and they have maintained their 
old database well.  Drivers and other things like manuals are easy to 
find.  Start with this page:

and read the Caution on model numbers.
