-=PCTechTalk=- REALLY curious

I reinstalled Windows Defender recently , the latest version.. BUT the ONLY 
thing it ever finds is ( no other program EVER comes up with this? and I 
have 4 installed) something about medium level spyware. at the this location
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.... the info on it is non existant and 
when I use the link to find out more all I get is a page by MS about 
installing and using spyware programs and what they do..NOTHING about what 
this thing supposedly is.???   anyone got any ideas?
