As soon as I depressed the ALT key, the Mozilla Firefox Tool List 
disappeared, so I'm sorry you are getting the entire screen.  I could 
only copy the Tool List by using the Print Screen button by itself.  It 
did work as you directed with the Options List.  Anyway, I've attached 
the .jpg files.  I did use MS Paint and saved as a JPEG.  I don't know 
why it has the Netscape program attached.

I hope you will be able to open this.  Otherwise, I can save the files 
in MS Word using Bitmap. 

I look forward to your help in solving my Quick Time problem.
