-=PCTechTalk=- Printer server

I have a Dell A940 (made by Lexmark) All in One printer/scanner/fax/copier. 
It is not a network printer.

I have two computers and will be building a wireless network soon.  I want 
both computers to have access to the A940 even when the other computer is 
turned off so printer sharing is inadequate.

If I buy one of those cute little boxes that plugs in between the printer 
and the router I am sure the printer will work fine, but I would also like 
the scanner to be able to scan to either computer.  Will that cute little 
box do that also?
