-=PCTechTalk=- Password Screen

This has been aired previously, but searching the archives has revealed 
nothing - or I'm using the wrong keywords!

How do I prevent the request for a password coming on screen when 
Win98se starts up? I've stopped the need for a password, but I want to 
stop the "Password for Microsoft Networking" window appearing.
