Good morning friends, one of my former co-workers is having a problem.
Any e-mail prior to 07/29/09 will not open. It appears to download, but when
he double click to open he gets a window saying "Outlook Express has not
downloaded this message to download this message click here. He did and
nothing happened. About the time of this message he had a problem with his
antenna and provider had to do some adjusting. Not physical but with
keyboard.
I suggested he go to webmail and read and delete it from the server.
Comment or help?
Thanks,
Bob T
