-=PCTechTalk=- Outlook Express Problem ..

This is from my Aunt; But I am sure it is a Password or SSL Verification 
problem and think there is just a setting for it .. Here is her error messsage; 
if anyone can help Please do :) 
Error is 554 authentication failed.  Port 25, Sec(SSL) o800cc79
