A family member is using Outlook Express, and wants to start using filters
to stop the "landslide of spam" he is starting to get. I am not an Outlook
Express user. The filter controls for Outlook are in the full version of
Outlook; is that correct?
The bottom line is he would like to cut down on the spam (He knows he can't
eliminate it entirely), and is asking me which 3rd party software will do
this for him. Can anyone help me? To make it worse, he is not familiar with
computers, so I need to cut out the tech jargon for him to understand.
I am at a loss what to say- I am a Eudora user, and know how to use Eudora
filtering to my advantage. Is there anything that will work with Outlook
Express that will cut down on his unwanted email? Please feel free to email
directly.
Thank you.
