-=PCTechTalk=- Non installation of Software

Greetings GMan;

Told you I'd be back to you with yet another interesting problem.

Purchased a Zune (MP3 player) and had to download its programming from MS.

There are two versions of the program available, a smaller one which
installs the Media Center and the latest updates for the MP 3 player, and
the much larger one which one is supposed to install if the first one does
not work.

With both versions Install goes to 100% installed with Zune emblem on the
desktop and then it says it has failed and the emblem disappears. I have
managed to 'click' on the shortcut and the program has opened then it goes
bye-bye.

Do you have any ideas what might cause the install to fail?
