-=PCTechTalk=- Newsgroups in OE..

Hello all,
     I'm using DSL via SBCglobal.net, and running WinXP Home.  I have OE 6.  
A year or so ago, I was looking into joining some newsgroups.  SBC DSL help 
folks hardly ever provide adequate advise regarding any of my questions.
     Apparently, I have deleted the "Newsgroups" icon on the left of the 
screen, where the inbox and outbox are located.
     How do I restore the newsgroups icon?
