-=PCTechTalk=- New Spybot

Hi,
I just installed the new version (1.3) released on
17th of May 2004 and it seems to have slowed some web
sites . ie. cursor jumpy when site loading. It has a
new feature which is resident and tracks realtime
changes to the registry (like regrun does among
others) which I like but I was wondering if anyone
noticed the slowdown - I'm using a dialup connection
(sigh) and win98se (groan).
