Thanks Glenn,    I tried that, but I can't read the help pages on Netscape. 
I tried Mozilla and they referred me to Netscape. I copied and pasted to a 
composer page some of the gobbledegoop I am reading and it transferred to a 
readable font. I tried printing an unreadable page and it printed what it saw.
