I tried  to  Install  the  Removal Tool and  got  this ...........  The  
Windows-KB890839-VI3-ENU(1).EXE file is linked to  the  missing  export  
NTDLL.DLL:Nt Shut down system .             and  get this  also....... Windows 
cannot  access the specified  device, path  or  file.   You  may  not have the  
appropiate permissions  to access  them,.................What  do  I do  now ..
