-=PCTechTalk=- MSN address book to Outlook

Ok, I have officially pulled every last hair out of my head and I NEED HELP 
again!
I received a Palm Pilot for my birthday (wanted an Ipac).  I am trying to get 
it to synch with an email program.  Since we went DSL and it came with MSN 
mail, that's what I've used and been very happy with, in fact it's storing 
thousands of emails in folders and too many important addresses which I've just 
printed using a half a ream of paper! (breathe...)

How can I get my address book to export to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003!?  I 
found a tutorial for going to Hotmail and copy/paste into Excel, and that 
worked very well but only got the name, email and phone data.  

Is there anyone who knows some secret way to do this?  I've spent far too much 
time on this.
