-=PCTechTalk=- Logitech Mouseware

I bought an optical Logitech MX 310 mouse.I plugged it into my PC and it
works OK....However,there is this CD that goes with it....when I try to open
it,the letters are jibberish.

Is there something I am missing by not been able to read it or install it?
 if yes,can I get that stuff somewhere else?
