-=PCTechTalk=- KERNEL32.DLL

Hi  All.   Every now and then I get this message.    " Msimn has caused an 
error in  KERNEL32.DLL    Msmn will now  close.   If you continue to experience 
problems try restarting your computer. "  ..................  Does not matter 
what I do , I cannot close that window.   It is abuyt 6 x2 inches in size. I 
can still use the computer  but the window still remains on the screen , I have 
to close the computer to get rid of it .    How do I prevent this from 
happening.  ???   Thanks for any  Info. .   Lionel.
