I just did a current back up of My Documents by opening Windows Explorer,
right clicking on My Docs, dragging and dropping (copying) into my backup
folder on my external Drive F. (now named Storage).
I must confess I am still a bit uneasy doing this! Anyway it told me there
was already a folder there by that name and did I want to replace it. This
was asked several times and I said yes to everything.
Did I do it right? It seemed logical to do that rather than delete the old
My Docs folder and then copy the current one.
