-=PCTechTalk=- Important info for Vista users about the recently released critical update

This one explains why Vista users aren't being offered the patch as a 
critical update.  For you folks, it's a recommended one and can be obtained 
by going to the WU site through Internet Explorer.  If you have chosen to 
disable some of Vista's native protection such as UAC, you need to consider 
this patch as critical for your system.
