-=PCTechTalk=- IE not letting me certain videos

This is strange, IE won't let me see certain Videos.  Yes I have 
the latest Adobe Flash player and yes Javascript is turned on.

I can see the Videos in Firefox so there must be a setting in IE 
that is causing the problem.  Does anybody know what this could 
be?
