-=PCTechTalk=- Help,,keep getting disconnected

Hi guys,

Is this getting through?  I need help with my outlook express, it is not 
letting me send email.  I use my dialup account and I also have a cox account 
(email address) that I receive mail from but I send using earthlink dial up.  I 
was getting disconnected everytime I got online and thought maybe it was due to 
outlook.  I called the powers to be at earthlink.  I asked for another phone 
number to dial up with thinking maybe that was it.  I do seem to be on longer 
now but am afraid to try outlook, it seems to disconnect me.

any clues?  This just started tonight, I had not done anything to any settings.
