-=PCTechTalk=- Having Trouble With Websites

I've got a new Dell computer with Windows XP.  It came with a trial  version 
of McAffee.  I am on AOL.  For some reason, I can't seem to  connect to 
various websites - they load half way and just stop.  Could this  have 
something to 
do with a firewall (which I have no idea how to use!)   With all these new 
things on this computer I'm not sure what I have or how to  change settings.  
If 
it is the firewall, could someone please tell me what  to do to be able to 
view the websites?
