Hello G,
You are so busy answering important technical questions that this problem
doesn't seem important enough to ask. It is very important to some of my
seniors so I here I am coming to the group that answers everything.
A few months ago I was introduced to wildlife watering holes in Africa that
use a cam 24 hours a day. So I put their URL shortcuts on several seniors
computers. It's been the best find for them, & most of them watch them all
the time...in fact, they've been taking screenshots of what they see & send
them off to friends & relatives.
A few of these are married partners with each having separate computers.
All of a sudden, they stopped opening up on some computers but not others.
One family, with this problem is really driving themselves & me crazy over
this problem. She recently bought Dell's largest laptop so she could have
three watering holes showing at the same time. They all worked for awhile,
now only one works. But, in the next room her husband still continues to
see them all. It must be some setting somewhere but there is never any
error message...just a black video screen without sound.
All this sounds so vague & it doesn't seem like it gives you much to go on.
But some of these seniors are having serious 'wildlife streaming camera'
withdrawal. I wrote to each watering hole but it's been over two weeks & no
replies from them.
Gosh, I hope we can work this out!
Thanks,
Jan
