Thanks GMan, I have looked and the only thing of remote resemblance is under 
advanced/color management. It say's

These settings let you select the default color profile for your monitor. 
This affects the colors that your monitor displays

Current  Plug and play Monitor
Default monitor profile  (none )
Color profiles currently associated with this device

A white empty box is displayed with an Add button at the bottom so I guess I 
need to make a default color profile and then add it? I clicked on the Add 
and several listings came up but none for the monitor. The location is 
c:\windows\system32\spools\driver\color

This help  any?
