-=PCTechTalk=- Fat Cursor

I changed my cursor to be a fat blinking rectangle but now it 
annoys me -- I can't remember how I did this.  I went into 
control panel but I don't see how to change it back to a thin 
blinking line again.

I know it has to be somewhere and simple to change.
