For at least the past three weeks to a month, I've been unable to access the TV listings pages at Excite.com. They keep asking for a ZIP code and system name, in an endless loop. These are AFAIK Java server pages. Is this looping always caused by the server, or could something be happening on my local machine that is preventing it from working properly?
