-=PCTechTalk=- Editing the Reg file in DOS - Win/XP

   Can anyone tell me how to edit the registry using Win/XP when it won't
boot??? I can get to a command prompt using a Startup diskette, but I don't
know what the syntax is for getting the registry file to show. Any help will
be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
